- The Request - You have reached out to us by using our website, or by calling our office to inquire about your needs
- Discovering Our Fit - This is where the journey truly begins, we take the opportunity to get to know each other better and explore the exciting possibilities of your project. Our goal is to ensure a perfect match between your needs and our services, and when it clicks, we're ready to move forward!
- The Assessment - We are scheduled in for an in-home assessment, Where our lead estimator will discuss your wants and needs, to obtain a full overview of your project.
- The Proposal- While we are still on site, we present you with an estimate. This is like an engagement, we will be asking you to commit to us, and It's okay to say no!
- The Deposit - Once you have committed to us, we have fully committed to you and the success of your project! We collect a 50% deposit, Prior to being scheduled in.
- The Production - you and our admin team, set a date to complete your project!
- The Job Transfer - Our estimating team has an internal meeting with the production manager as well our Lead technician who will be completing your project. We do this to ensure 100% transparency.
- The Completion - Our technicians arrive on site, ready to complete your project! Once finished, our technicians will do a thorough clean up, and walk you through the work we have completed!
- The Relationship Built -We strive to "Build Relationships, and Mechanical Systems that Last!" We thank you for the journey, and send the final bill, Don't forget to leave us a 5 star review!
