Emergency response and scheduling

Emergency response windows (for example, our 60–90 minute target) are goals, not guarantees, and may vary with weather, road conditions, traffic, technician availability, and call volume. Dispatch priorities may change based on safety considerations — including life-safety calls and major gas events — and we will communicate timing updates when conditions change.

Service area

We primarily serve Didsbury, Carstairs, Mountain View County, Airdrie, Calgary, and surrounding Alberta communities. Service availability outside these areas is at our discretion and may involve travel surcharges disclosed before work is scheduled.

Licensing and code compliance

Plumbing, gas, and HVAC work performed by Icon Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is carried out by licensed journeymen and certified gas fitters in accordance with the Alberta Safety Codes Act and applicable municipal requirements. Work performed by others — including DIY work, work by previous owners, or work by other contractors — is outside our control and is not covered by our workmanship warranty.

Intellectual property

Logos, text, layout, photography, and images on this site are owned by Icon Plumbing & Heating Ltd. or used under license. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or use site content to train commercial models or for other commercial purposes without written permission. Brand names referenced on this site (Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Navien, and others) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive service purposes only.
